Make sure when you start planning your event that you have left enough time to get your application into City Events for processing prior to your event day
The first step in planning an event at a Council venue is to fill in is an event application form. Applications will be considered in terms of date and venue availability. A fee will be charged for the use of public space and a bond may also be required.
If your event is approved you will receive your a permit via email or post. If your application is declined we will contact you and let you know the reasons why.
