Venues and Events provides ticketing services through TicketDirect for promoters in the wider Tauranga area.  We also provide public access to ticketing sales outlet for local and national events, currently with both the TicketDirect and Ticketek systems at the Baycourt Community and Arts Centre ticket office.

TicketDirect Tauranga understands ticketing

We understand how difficult it can be to organise a successful event.  We can help by offering you a complete ticketing package, and there are some outstanding features that would help promote your events and make selling tickets easy and efficient.

Lower fees and charges

We ensure that TicketDirect has very competitive fees and charges.  For promoters, there are generally no set up costs and the only fees and charges are on actual tickets sold (inside charge).  Tickets can be loaded as packages, for both single and multiple events.

We have no additional booking fees for customers purchasing tickets over the counter for events at our local venues.

Safe tickets

Tickets are individualised for events, are secure, traceable, and presented in a TicketDirect wallet.

National coverage

We work in conjunction with 45 other TicketDirect offices throughout New Zealand, all of which can also sell tickets and give out information for your events.

Tickets can be sold over the counter, by phone, fax, mail, or internet - providing the customer with convenient options.

Comprehensive sales reports

Comprehensive sales report breakdowns and final reconciliations are provided upon request and on conclusion of your event, enabling you to see exactly what groups attend your events.

We can provide web access for promoters to view up-to-date sales information on their events at any time.

Local Ticket Office

Our ticket office at Baycourt Community and Arts Centre provides fast and efficient customer service.  We have extended opening hours, 8.45 am – 5.30 pm weekdays and 9.00 am – 1.00 pm Saturdays, plus one hour prior to events held at Baycourt Community and Arts Centre.
