How the formal submission process works (440kb pdf)
|You can request to speak at the beginning of a Council meeting. A maximum of 10 minutes is allocated per speaker. Please contact our Governance team on 07 577 7000 to request this.
You can contact one or all Elected Members via email or phone.

Anyone can make a submission on a publicly notified application. Submissions can only be made on limited notified applications by those persons who have been served written notice of the application by Council.
