Your bill will have your name, address, valuation number (as a check) and your meter number on it. (If the reading doesn't correspond to what you have on your meter, check the meter number on the bill is the same as the number on the meter).
Lower down is the amount of water your household has used over the last metering period (generally every three months) and the cost of that water, as well as the base charge for the invoiced period.
The bottom section is to be detached and returned with payment so Council can credit your account.
