Proposal to grant lease – Tauranga Marina Society Incorporated

Pursuant to section 54 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977 the Tauranga City Council proposes to grant a lease for the land on Marine Park 58 Cross Road, Tauranga to Tauranga Marina Society Incorporated for a term of 33 years with a final expiry of 30 September 2052.  The proposed lease requires the land to be used for the purposes of Standing and storage of boats.

The land is comprised of approximately 3365m2 and is located on part of Marine Park Reserve which is registered under certificate of title SA38A/817 and described as Part Lot 2 Section 1 332661. The land is owned and administered by the Tauranga City Council as a Recreation Reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.
