All Tauranga residents are invited to have your say in our annual survey

Our annual residents’ survey is all about capturing what you think of council’s performance, services and facilities. It helps us gauge how satisfied you are with what we offer – what works well for you and what we could improve on. 

The survey is run by an independent company each year and a cross-section of residents are contacted directly. This year we are extending this feedback opportunity and offering the survey to any resident in Tauranga to have a say.  

The survey will be open from 15 October 2020 to 31 January 2021 and it may be extended if there is enough interest from the community.

What we do with the results

The survey results will be reported to the mayor and councillors. The results give us insight into how the community thinks we're performing. We’ll use the results to measure our performance and identify priorities for improvement.
