Council survey closes at the end of August

You have one more week to complete Tauranga City Council's snapshot survey. Over the last 12 weeks, the survey has been sent out with water rates invoices. This was a convenient and easy way to reach fifty thousand plus property owners and seek their feedback on Easter Trading, Gambling Policy, and Representation for the 2019 Local Election. For residents who receive their water invoice via email we included a link to the online version.

The survey is not restricted to those who pay water rates, everyone who is interested in having their say can complete the survey. The survey is available online: snapshot survey and will remain open until 1 September.

The intention of this survey, and possible future surveys, is to use it as a quick and simple tool to gauge resident’s interest in specific topics. The survey is non-binding; this will not necessarily trigger a policy review.

Please take a minute to provide your feedback before the end of August. People can still go online and get surveys from our libraries or call Council for printed copies for groups like retirement homes that do not receive water rate bills.

We have created this opinion survey to gauge current sentiment.  All feedback provided is confidential and privacy is assured. Responses are being reported as aggregate summaries available on TCC’s website.
