Yesterday was D-day for the project Innovating Streets at The Mount as it was on the Council’s agenda to decide on the next steps.
These are exciting times for the project Innovating Streets at The Mount.
We hope you had a lovely summer holiday, whether you travelled to new places in Aotearoa or stayed around home to enjoy our glorious Bay backyard.
After recently completing the second round of feedback for the project 'Innovating Streets at The Mount', we would like to give you an update on where we're at and what you can expect in the coming months.
Here is a gentle reminder that feedback for Innovating Streets at The Mount closes this Sunday at 11pm.
Tauranga City Council is encouraging the public to share their thoughts on temporary changes to street layouts in The Mount.
Consultation for the next stage of Innovating Streets at The Mount is now open. Remember that your feedback is key in determining the way forward.
In August and September this year we asked the community for their thoughts on trialling changes to busy Mount streets. The report with these results is now available.
We have selected the Community Design Group (CDG), consisting of 25 representatives from all corners of the community.
