Yasai Ice Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Agency for the variation of an on licence in respect of the premises situated at Shop 7, 1 Marine Parade, Mount Maunganui and known as Pronto Burger.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which liquor is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 10:00pm
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
With a variation to the current licence such that the days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 10:00pm
The extension of the licensed area.
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
