Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology (formally known as Bay of Plenty Polytechnic), A Crown Entity, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Variation of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 70 Windermere Drive, Tauranga and known as Atrium.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Function Centre and Restaurant
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 11.00pm
Friday and Saturday 9.00am – 12.00 midnight
Six Sundays per calendar year 10.00am - 11.00pm
With a variation to the current licence to extend the licence area to include M block, B block, the Aquatic Centre and the Maharaia building.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
