Vietnam Fusion Ltd, A Duly Incorporated Company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Agency for the Renewal and Variation of an On Licence in respect of the premises situated at SP0701, Bayfair Shopping Centre, 19 Girven Road, Tauranga and known as Viet Lane Vietnamese Restaurant.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which liquor is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 10:00am to 10:00am
With a Variation to the current licence such that the days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 11:00am to 11:00am
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).
