Steve Bird Winery and Vineyards Limited, a duly incorporated company has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an off licence in respect to the premises situated at 6 Oreti Crescent, Papamoa and known as Steve Bird Wines.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Off Licence (Section 40 - Remote Sales).
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Remote Sales:
Alcohol may be sold from the premises at any time on any day, and delivered somewhere else for consumption off the premises;
- (No alcohol is to be delivered from the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day; No alcohol is to be delivered to the buyer (or to any other person on the buyer's behalf) at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am on the next day).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
