Mount Maunganui Sports Club Incorporated, a duly incorporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal & variation of a club licence in respect to the premises situated at 49 Miro Street, Mount Maunganui South and known as Mount Maunganui Sports Club.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a club.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 10:00am to 12:00am midnight and 10:00am to 1:00am on 30 December each year.
With a variation to extend the trading hours to:
Monday to Sunday 09:00am to 01:00am the following day.
To any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
