Bowls Tauranga South Incorporated, a duly incorporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a club licence in respect to the premises situated at 15 Tutchen Street, Tauranga and known as Bowls Tauranga South.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a club
The days on which and the hours during which liquor is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Friday 08:00am to 10:30pm
Saturday 08:00am to 12:00am (midnight)
Sunday 08:00am to 09:00pm
With a variation to the current licence such that the days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Friday 09:00am to 10:30pm
Saturday 09:00am to 12:00am (midnight)
Sunday 09:00am to 09:00pm
to any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
