Bay of Plenty Beverages Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an off licence in respect to the premises situated at 2/4 Ashley Place, Papamoa and known as Bay of Plenty Beverages Limited.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a remote seller.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Remote sales – Alcohol may be sold from the premises at any time on any day, and delivered somewhere else for consumption off the premises;
(No alcohol is to be delivered from the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or Christmas Day or before 1.00 pm on Anzac Day
No alcohol is to be delivered to the buyer (or to any other person on the buyer’s behalf) at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am on the next day).
