Tauranga Squash Rackets Club Incorporated, a duly incoporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Renewal of a Club Licence in respect to the premises situated at 406 Devonport Road, Tauranga 3110 and known as Devoy Squash & Fitness Centre.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Club.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 10:00pm
Friday to Sunday 11:00am to 10:00pm
to any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
