Swagger Inn Pub Co Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Renewal and Variation of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 317 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui and known as Mount Mellick.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Tavern.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are: 

Monday to Sunday 09:00am to 01:00am the following day
2) No alcohol should be sold or consumed in the rear courtyard of the premises after 9pm on any night (with exception to New Year's Eve when the sale and consumption of alcohol shall cease at 1.00am the following day).
3) The street area outside the overhang of the veranda is not a licensed area after 10pm each night and it is the responsibility of the licensee to see that this condition is strictly observed. The outside furniture in this area is to be made inaccessible to patrons and public at 10pm each night.

(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).

With a variation to the current license of condition 3 only:

3) The street area outside the overhang of the veranda is not a licensed area after 11pm each night and it is the responsibility of the licensee to see that this condition is strictly observed. The outside furniture in this area is to be made inaccessible to patrons and public at 11pm each night.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
