Tauranga City Council invites applications from respondents to become a pre-qualified panel supplier for the TCC LCLR Improvements projects.

TCC has engaged widely with internal and external stakeholders, including Waka Kotahi, to determine how best to deliver the programme of work identified under Low Cost, Low Risk activities. Various options were discussed, such as the benefits of traditional tendering, bundling of work packages and state of the wider supply market. A Panel was identified as the preferred method to deliver the Low Cost, Low Risk programme of work.

The five physical works categories projects under the Low Cost, Low Risk Improvements Panel are:

1. Walking and cycling Improvements
2. Local road Improvements
3. Road to Zero – Safe Network
4. Public Transport Infrastructure/Improvements
5. Specialist Services
