The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite external companies to submit their proposals to TCC for the provision of graffiti vandalism removal together with information on their skills, services and experience in providing such services/products, the selection of one (or more) proposals for further negotiation and the entry into a contract with the successful party.
