Resealing work ensures that city’s road network remains safe, efficient and able to cope with the amount of traffic using it.  Most resealing takes place in the summer months, excluding the busy Christmas and New Year period.

This year new chipseal and asphalt surfacing on our roads will cost about $3 million.

Care is taken to try and minimise the impact on road users, but some disruption is inevitable.
