From time to time, council may put temporary restrictions in place for certain areas.
This might mean dogs are prohibited from that area or owners may be required to keep their dogs on a leash in that area.
These restrictions can happen for different reasons, such as:
- To protect wildlife during nesting or while raising their young.
- To manage public safety while a specific event occurs at a park or reserve.
