Practice Note: Assessing Resource Consent Applications against the Flood Hazard Plan Area provisions under the Tauranga City Plan

The purpose of this Practice Note is to assist ratepayers, land and building owners and their professional advisors, and Tauranga City Council staff, with developments occurring on land that is subject to the Flood Hazard Plan Area (‘FHPA’) overlay, as defined within the Tauranga City Plan.
