Grill'd Deck Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at Shops 7 & 8, 169 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui and known as The Barn.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 12:00 midnight
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
