Primetime Breweries Limited, a duly incorporated company / club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an Off Licence in respect to the premises situated at 2/97 Eleventh Avenue, Tauranga and known as Avenue Liquor Centre.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant, Tavern, Club etc
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold / currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 9:00:00 am to 10:00:00 pm the following day (if after midnight)
(for clubs) any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests
for Off Licences – (Excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and up until 1pm on ANZAC Day).
for On Licences - (No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine). or is lodging on the premises. (hotels only).
