Himalayan Hospitality Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 2 Marine Parade, Mount Maunganui and known as Mount Break Cafe and Bar.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 8:00pm
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
