Omanu Beeach Surf Lifesaving Club Incorporated, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal and variation of a club licence in respect to the premises situated at 15 Surf Road, Mount Maunganui and known as Omanu Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.
The general nature of the business currently conducted under the licence is that of a Club.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Sunday to Thursday from 12:00pm 10:00pm
Friday and Saturday from 12:00pm to 12:00 midnight
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine
With a variation to the current licence to include a section of the outside area:

6.8 Metres wide (from Surf Club to Sand dunes) and 23.5 metres long

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
