Scheduled closure of Mauao on Wednesday no longer taking place due to bad weather

The installation of wayfinding signage at significant sites around Mauao is underway this week with some track closures in place.

However, due to unfavourable weather, the scheduled closure on Wednesday 20 July will not happen.

The following closures are scheduled to continue:

  • From 8am Thursday, 21 July to 5pm Friday, 22 July - closure of Te Ara Motukauri (4WD track).
