A section of the top carpark at the Pilot Bay boat ramp will be closed on Monday, 5 December from 6am – 3pm, to allow for some rocks to be safely removed from the ocean.

The boat ramp will remain open to the public during the removal process.

The rocks will be incorporated into the Mauao Placemaking project, forming parts of Te Puna Waitapu and Waipatukakahu landscaping elements.
