Tauranga City Council (TCC) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for TC109/24 - Memorial Park - Aquatic Facility - Geothermal Bores.
The Contract works, services and deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Proven specialised knowledge and experience in geothermal drilling, testing, and well construction.
- Commitment to sustainable practices and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Capability and capacity to efficiently handle the project, providing clear delivery timeframes and showcasing effective risk management, problem-solving and project management proficiency.
- A Contractor with the necessary resources, equipment, and skilled workforce to ensure the project’s success.
- The ability to adhere to stringent health and safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility in contractual arrangements and cost competitiveness
