Metlifecare The Avenues Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 10 Tenth Ave, Tauranga 3110 and known as The Avenues Metlifecare Retirement Village.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Sunday To Monday 11:00am to 11:00pm
- (No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
