Apply for a variation of your alcohol licence conditions

Please note: Extended periods of inactivity, while completing this application form, may result in your session expiring. If this occurs any un-submitted forms will be lost.

To apply for a variation of your alcohol licence conditions you must provide the following:
  • A copy of your existing licence
  • A copy of your new planning and building certificates (if applicable)

Please have these available in PDF format where possible, as you will be required to upload them with your application.

Notes:
  • You will be emailed an invoice for the application fee. Your application will not be considered received until the invoice has been paid.
  • Within 20 working days after filing this application with the District Licensing Committee, the applicant must give public notice of the application. The notice must be given in compliance with regulation 37 or 38 of the Sale and Supply Alcohol Regulations 2013 as if this application for variation were an application for the renewal of a licence.
  • Within 10 working days after filing this application with the District Licensing Committee, the applicant must ensure that notice of the application in form 7 is attached in a conspicuous place or adjacent to the site to which the application relates.
