Example of a successful community grant application
Mount Pickleball Club – small Match Fund recipient
What the grant supported
The Mount Pickleball Club applied for funding to purchase 200 tournament pickleball balls. These were utilised immediately with the significant demand of five sessions a week and around 100 members. The tournament quality balls are especially important, as they are used in the open events around New Zealand where many Tauranga Pickleball members compete.
