Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract for which the works are comprised as follows:
The Nissan Huts, School House and the Big Red Shed are in a poor state of repair and need remediation to bring them up to a reasonable standard for tenant occupation and to ensure the longevity of TCC assets.
The scope of work at the Men's Shed will focus on health and safety with the safe removal of asbestos cladding and remediating this with a more suitable cladding material. Asbestos testing has been undertaken and is included with this tender for your information.
