Right to appeal

Under section 120 of the RMA - the applicant, consent holder, or any person who made a submission may appeal to the Environment Court against the whole or any part of the decision. Section 121 of the RMA outlines the Appeal procedure, which must be lodged with the Environment Court and served on the Council (Chief Executive) within 15 working days of the notice of decision being received under the RMA.
