Council meeting archive

Tauranga City Council are seeking a full service vendor to help us build a collection of library resources that inspires, educates and informs our community.

The scope of the solution includes:

1. The supply of physical items:
   Standard print fiction for all ages
   Non-fiction for all ages
   Large print
   Audiobooks (CD and MP3) for all ages
2. A web-based ordering platform for use by our Content Specialist
3. The supply of bibliographic records in MARC format on receipt of the order, followed by final cataloguing once the item has been received by the vendor.
   The vendor will use our LMS (currently Symphony) remotely.
4. Physical processing.
5. A packing slip with each delivery, monthly consolidated invoice, and monthly statements.
