The property team at Tauranga City Council (TCC) currently use multiple, disjointed systems to facilitate their activities of identifying and managing the TCC property portfolio. A software application is required to streamline daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks to ensure:
- Revenue opportunities are realised
- Lease agreements are established and maintained appropriately
- Property inspections, maintenance schedules and health and safety tasks are not overlooked.
