Requests for Proposals – Marine Precinct management

Construction of the Tauranga Harbour Marine Precinct is nearing completion, and the precinct is due to open in the coming months, with a variety of marine businesses set up around the hardstand.

Tauranga City Council wants to continue building on the reputation and innovation demonstrated in creating the Marine Precinct, by contracting a suitably qualified professional/s to provide operational and stakeholder management services, and lead the precinct’s growth into the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in developing a state of the art facility into an efficient, dynamic operation that attracts business to Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty from across the country and further afield.

The initial contract is for a period of three years, starting in July 2018.
