We have introduced a new booking system to streamline communication when going through the building consent process.
Our Processing and Engineering staff are streamlining their communication and have added a ‘book me’ feature to the service they offer.
This new feature allows you to directly access staff members' calendars and schedule an online meeting via Microsoft Teams, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined process when discussing active building consent applications.
Please note that the time spent in these meetings will be charged to the building consent application, aligning with our commitment to efficient and accountable service.
Currently, this service is available for TCC staff only and does not extend to TCC contractors. We are actively working to include contractors and aim to have this extension completed later in the year.
Why use it?
- Direct access: No more waiting or back-and-forth emails. You can view staff member’s availability and book a time that suits you.
- Focused discussions: Use this feature to set up targeted building consent discussions. The time spent will be charged to the building consent processing fee.
- Efficiency: By directly booking a slot, you can ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.
- Screen sharing capabilities: Having the meeting over MS Teams allows both you and the BCO to share screens. This facilitates a clearer understanding by visually showcasing the information or designs being discussed.
How to use ‘book me’:
- Look for the ‘book me’ link at the bottom of an email sent to you by one of the team, within Objective build Correspondence or by using the link below.
