Additional security measures

We are aware that some customers are having issues making payments online. This is due to Visa and Mastercard now enforcing two-factor authentication on all payments in order to increase security.

If you are having issues making an online payment, please contact your bank.

Multi-residential, industrial or commercial

Most commercial, public or multi-unit residential buildings have additional consent requirements to make sure they are safe to use once the work is complete.

Whether your build is simple or complex it is important to understand the consent process and how it protects people and property.

We recommend that you:

  • engage an experienced professional (e.g. an architect or draughtsperson) to help with design work, drawings, specifications and documentations.
  • understand how to apply for a building consent - find out early in your project if a pre-application meeting will help you plan your project.
  • find out if you also require resource consent – a pre-application meeting can help you with this.
