Request an assisted service

Assisted service requests received after 7 July will be responded to within three weeks.

Once the application is received, we will contact you to arrange a visit to your property. We encourage those who are waiting for the assisted service to approach a neighbour, carer or family member for short-term support. Alternatively, those who produce less waste can continue to use their bins as it may take a few weeks to fill them.

Please complete this form if you are unable to take your rubbish, recycling and food scraps bins to the kerbside.

Please note: Your doctor or healthcare expert must sign this form to be eligible for this free service. We cannot offer the assisted service to garden waste customers.
