Community group cleanup registration

Please register using the below form if you are running a cleanup event within Tauranga City for your group or organisation.

Your information will be kept private and the data collected will be used to gather information on sites cleaned throughout the year.

Contact details

The person responsible for the health and safety of all attendees on the event day. They should carry a copy of the Guide with them and ensure they have appropriate equipment to hand e.g. first aid kit, gloves etc.

Name of park/reserve/beach (provide beach access point number) where the clean-up is to be undertaken e.g. Memorial Park, Omanu Beach.
The suburb where the clean-up will be taking place e.g. Maungatapu, Tauranga Central, Otumoetai, etc.
Any additional information including address where group is meeting for the clean-up. (e.g. Memorial Park, Fraser Street, beach access XX)
