Waimarino Limited, a duly incorporated company has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 462L Taniwha Place, Tauranga and known as Waimarino Riverside Venue & Eatery.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a function centre.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday - Sunday from 9.00am - 12.00am midnight
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).
