Otumoetai Sports And Recreation Club Incorporated, a duly incorporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal and variation of a Club Licence in respect to the premises situated at Fergusson Park, 85 Tilby Drive, Tauranga and known as Otumoetai Sports and Recreation Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a club

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are: 

Monday to Wednesday 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday and Friday 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 2:00pm - 9:30pm 
To any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests

With a variation to the current licence such that the days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are:

Monday to Wednesday 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Thursday and Friday 5:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm – 9:30pm
To any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
