Turley Group Hospitality Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for a variation to an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 2D Heath Street, Mount Maunganui and known as Heath Street Eat.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Saturday to Thursday from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 10:00am to 9:00pm
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 9:00pm
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
