Tauranga City Council Relocation 2018 - Relocation Company

Tauranga City Council is getting behind a major development in the city centre at 2 Devonport Road by relocating one of their temporary administration offices. The TCC staff relocation is planned to take place in February/March 2018 and will involve Council moving around 400 people from the Devonport Road building to the office building at 306 Cameron Road for the next few years.

Relocation Companies intending to respond to the Tauranga City Council RFQ in regards to the 2018 staff move are invited to attend a site 'Walk around' at the TCC offices, 2 Devonport Road, Tauranga, at 11am on Thursday 16th November.

All details of the RFQ will be released on www.tenderlink.com/tauranga during the week commencing Monday 13th November.

In order to accurately quote it will be important for the Relocation Companies to view the dockways, lifts, and access areas at both 2 Devonport Rd, and 306 Cameron Rd.

All interested parties should please confirm their attendance to nikki.philips@tauranga.govt.nz by Monday 13th November.
