The TSP partnership comprising of Tauranga City Council, Bay of Plenty Regional Council, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, Tangata Whenua, Waka Kotahi, Port of Tauranga, Priority One and Central Government invites applications to fill the role of Independent Programme Manager.
The project has two levels of oversight with the Project Management Group (“PMG”), chaired by the Programme Manager and the Governance Group which is chaired by an Independent Chairperson. Each Group has representation from the partner organisations involved with the project.
The TSP prioritises projects over the next 0-3 years, 3-10 years, and 10-30 years across Bay’s entire transport system including roads, rail, public transport, walking, cycling, parking and travel demand management. With the focus now moving from planning to delivery, and with that delivery being split across four partner organisations, we are seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to provide the management and report function for the programme. The Programme Manager will report to and be managed through the Governance Group Independent Chair.
