Variation Sought
The applicant seeks to vary Conditions 3 and 4 of the current licence as follows:

Current Condition 3: The inside areas of the premises are designated as a Supervised Area at all times. At 9:00PM the whole of the premises including the outdoor area is designated as a Supervised Area; The designated area is as per the plan dated 10 December 2024 and marked Option B so that unaccompanied minors in the outdoor area before 9:00PM can access the toilets. Clear signage must be put in place to direct minors to the toilets without walking through the Supervised Area.

Variation sought - Condition 3: The entire premise is supervised after 9:30pm and that the inside area is unrestricted during the day/dinner service. With this request, the pathway to the toilets for minors will be removed too.

Current Condition 4: An experienced, and competent COA certificated Crowd Controller must be on duty from 7:30PM to close on at least Friday and Saturday nights.

Variation sought - Condition 4: A COA-certified Crowd Controller is required on duty from 9:00 pm until close on both Friday and Saturday nights, (rather than from 7:30 pm).
