Wastewater overflow at Palm Beach Boulevard, Papamoa on 22/1/2026 is now all clear.
The overflow was a result of heavy rainfall on the 21st January 2026. This will have impacted Wairakei Stream area between Hartford Avenue to Palm Beach.
Water quality sample results indicate that there will be no further impact as a result of the abovementioned overflow.
