Downer Limited, the Three Waters Maintenance Contractor for Tauranga City Council, will isolate the water supply in your area during the specified times.  
All staff will carry identification and may need to enter your property to flush water from an outside tap to prevent dirty water entering your property.  

Important: If anyone in your household relies on water for critical medical needs, please make alternative arrangements.  

While we expect the shutdown times to be accurate, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience, should this occur.  

If the water is cloudy or discoloured after the shutdown, please run your outside tap for ten minutes to clear the line.
