Bethlehem Shores Retirement Village Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Variation of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 141 Bethlehem Road, Tauranga and known as Bethlehem Shores Retirement Village.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant

The variation sought is for a change in the licensed area to include Care and Apartment block which includes 1 area - Living well apartment lounge/dining area where the small bar/servery is located

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:

Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm the following day (if after midnight)
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
